    在役高温蒸汽管道的交流电磁场检测

    ACFM detection of in-service high temperature steam pipeline

    • 摘要: 电站蒸汽管道系统长期处于高温、高压环境下,易产生裂纹等缺陷,甚至引发破坏性事故,而该类缺陷的常规无损检测方法局限性较大。基于交流电磁场检测技术,通过仿真研究工件表面电磁场变化规律,制作高温探头及试块并进行检测试验,验证该方法的有效性。试验结果表明,采用交流电磁场检测技术可以实现高温蒸汽管道的在线检测。

       

      Abstract: The steam piping system of the power station has been in a high temperature and high pressure environment for a long time, which is prone to cracks and other defects and lead to destructive accidents. Conventional NDT methods are limited. Based on the ACFM, the variation law of the electromagnetic field on the surface of the workpiece is studied by simulation. High-temperature probes and test blocks are made and tested to verify the effectiveness of this method. The test results show that the on-line detection of high-temperature steam pipelines can be realized by using the ACFM.
