Detection technology of casting internal defects based on image registration

摘要: 针对已有铸件内部缺陷检测方法误差大的问题,提出了一种结合刚-弹性图像配准技术的铸件内部缺陷检测方法。首先使用刚性配准结合Demons弹性配准的方法实现待检铸件图像和模板图像空间位置上的配准,其次通过数字减影技术得到待检图像和模板图像的减影图像,然后对减影图像使用阈值分割的方法去除配准误差造成的虚假缺陷,最后确定缺陷在待检缺陷图像中的位置并进行标注。试验结果表明,该方法可以精确实现图像配准并准确检测出待检图像的缺陷。Abstract: In order to solve the problem of large error in the existing casting internal defect detection methods, a casting internal defect detection method combined with rigid elastic image registration technology was proposed in this paper. Firstly, the rigid registration combined with Demons elastic registration was used to realize the registration of the spatial position of the casting ones to be tested and the template image. Secondly, the subtraction ones of the image to be tested and the template image were obtained through the digital subtraction technology. Then the false defects caused by the registration error were removed by the threshold segmentation method. Finally, the position of the defects in the defect image to be tested was determined and marked. Experimental results showed that this method could accurately realize image registration and accurately detect the defects of the image to be tested.
