    基于电子直线加速器工业CT的叶片点云提取

    Point cloud extraction of blades based on electronic linear accelerator industrial CT

    • 摘要: 针对航空发动机涡轮叶片复杂三维结构以及点云提取的无损检测需求,开发了一种用于大尺寸叶片无损检测的电子直线加速器工业CT成像装置,提出了一种将工业CT图像直接转换为三维点云模型的方法。该方法利用加速器CT扫描和三维重建软件,重构叶片的三维模型,选取不同的表面提取方式提取叶片的点云模型,并对点云模型进行了优化,最后与叶片的CAD模型进行自动最佳拟合对齐。结果表明,该方法很好地实现了叶片点云模型的提取,满足了实际生产的要求。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the requirements for nondestructive testing of complex three-dimensional structure and point cloud extraction of aeroengine turbine blades,electronic linear accelerator Industrial CT imaging device for nondestructive testing of large-scale blades was developed. A method of directly converting industrial CT images into three-dimensional point cloud models was proposed. The three-dimensional model was reconstructed by accelerator CT scanning and three-dimensional reconstruction software. Different surface extraction methods were selected to extract the point cloud model of blades. The point cloud model was optimized and compared with CAD mode by automatic and optimal alignment. The results showed that this method of point cloud model extracted from blades was able to satisfy the actual production requirements.
