    热室内板型乏燃料组件水隙检测系统研发

    Development of water gap detection system for plate type spent fuel assembly in hot chamber

    • 摘要: 提出了一种基于理想平板电容极板的热室内板型乏燃料组件水隙检测系统,针对该系统,研制了专用水隙测量探头、三维运动装置、视觉对准机构、四轴运动机构和组件定位装置等机械部件,确定了乏燃料组件水隙检测流程,从而实现了板型乏燃料组件流道间隙的准确测量。通过CARR(中国先进研究堆)乏燃料组件的热室内测量验证,该系统的水隙检测范围为0.9~2.9 mm,检测精度为±0.02 mm,首次实现了热室流道间隙的测量,测量精度与常规组件一致。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, the research and development of water gap detection system of plate type spent fuel assembly in hot chamber based on eddy current method was carried out, the water gap detection process of spent fuel assembly was determined, and the mechanical components such as special water gap measurement probe, three-dimensional motion device, visual alignment mechanism, four-axis motion mechanism and assembly positioning device were developed to realize the accurate measurement of channel gap of plate type spent fuel assembly. Through the hot chamber measurement verification of spent fuel assembly of CARR (China Advanced Research Reactor), the detection range of this equipment is 0.9-2.9 mm, and the detection accuracy was ±0. 02 mm. The measurement of hot chamber channel clearance is realized for the first time, and the measurement accuracy is consistent with that of conventional components.
