    奥氏体复合材料压力容器对接接头的相控阵超声检测

    Phased array ultrasonic testing for butt joints of austenitic composite pressure vessel

    • 摘要: 针对奥氏体复合材料制压力容器对接接头的结构特点、易产生缺陷类型和超声波声束在工件内的传播特性展开研究,优化了相控阵超声检测聚焦法则设置及检测工艺方法,并进行验证试验和现场检测,验证了相控阵超声检测应用于奥氏体复合材料压力容器对接接头检测的可行性。

       

      Abstract: Aiming to understand the structural characteristics of the connectors of austenitic composite pressure vessels, the types of prone to defects and the propagation characteristics of ultrasonic beamsonic beams in the workpieces, the setting of focusing rules and detection process methods of phased array ultrasonic detection were optimized, and verification tests and on-site testing were carried out to verify the feasibility of phased array ultrasonic detection in the detection of austenitic composite pressure vessel docking joints.
