    高应变海洋管焊缝的全自动超声检测

    Automatic ultrasonic testing of high strain ocean pipe welds

    • 摘要: 针对国产外径为559 mm,壁厚为31.8 mm的L485高应变海洋管,在焊缝不同位置制作不同类型、不同尺寸的焊接缺陷,结合全自动焊接工艺的特点,设计AUT (全自动超声检测)工艺对样管进行检测。对AUT检测的缺陷进行切片,测量缺陷的实际高度并与AUT的检测结果进行对比,验证了AUT检测工艺的检测精度及可靠性。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the domestic L485 high strain ocean pipe with outer diameter of 559 mm and wall thickness of 31. 8 mm, different types and sizes of welding defects were made at different positions of the weld. Combined with the characteristics of full-automatic welding process, AUT(automatic ultrasonic testing) process was designed to test the sample pipe. The defects detected by AUT were sliced, the actual height of the defects were measured and compared with the detection results of AUT, which verified the detection accuracy and reliability of AUT detection process.
