Wear detection method of high speed railway contact wire based on capactive sensor

摘要: 提出一种基于电容传感器的检测方法来检测接触线的磨损量,利用Schwarz-Christoffel变换分析了电容值和磨损量的近似线性关系,并利用COMSOL软件建立仿真模型,对比计算电容值和理论电容值来验证检测的准确性。仿真和试验证实了检测电容能够实现接触线磨损量的检测。

Abstract: This paper proposed a capacitance sensor-based measurement method to detect the wear of the contact wire. The Schwarz-Christoffel transform was used to quantitatively analyze the linear relationship between the capacitance value and the wear amount. A simulation model was established with COMSOL to calculate the capacitance value and compare with theoretical prediction for verifying its accuracy. Finally, simulation and experimental results verified that the measured capacitance could be used to detect the wear of the contact wire.-
