Feature information extraction and optimization of damage of aircraft aluminum honeycomb structure

  • 摘要: 飞机铝蜂窝结构脱黏损伤是飞机复合材料中常见的缺陷类型,借助损伤图像特征边缘提取、降噪优化等方式可提取损伤轮廓、边缘等相关特征信息。通过多图像对比分析最终获得优化提取方案,依据获得的损伤图像边缘特征提取方案提取铝蜂窝结构脱黏损伤图像的边缘特征信息,并对上述方案加以改进,深度优化蜂窝结构损伤特征,找到了适合的损伤图像优化提取方案。
    Abstract: Debonding damage of aircraft aluminum honeycomb structure is a common defect type in aircraft composites. With the help of damage image feature edge extraction and noise reduction optimization, the relevant feature information such as damage contour and edge can be extracted, and the optimal extraction scheme can be finally obtained through multi image comparative analysis. According to the obtained damage image edge feature extraction scheme, the edge feature information of aluminum honeycomb structure debonding damage image is extracted, and the above-mentioned scheme is improved to deeply optimize the damage features of honeycomb structure and hence a suitable damage image optimization extraction scheme is found.
