    核燃料包壳管的阵列涡流检测

    Array eddy current testing of nuclear fuel cladding tube

    • 摘要: 为研究阵列涡流技术在核燃料包壳管在线检测中的适用性,采用阵列涡流检测设备在人工缺陷对比样管上开展了检测能力验证试验。试验结果表明,对于壁厚为0.55 mm的核燃料包壳管,该方法可准确识别ϕ 0.2 mm的通孔以及深度为壁厚的10%、宽为0.2 mm、长为3 mm的内外壁周向槽和轴向槽等人工缺陷。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the applicability of array eddy current technology in the online detection of nuclear fuel cladding tubes, the array eddy current testing equipment was used to verify its detection ability of artificial defect contrast tubes. The test results show that the artificial defects such as ϕ 0. 2 mm through hole, the inter and outer wall defects of depth of 10% of wall thickness, width of 0. 2 mm, length of 3 mm and so on can be accurately identified within 0. 55 mm wall thickness range of nuclear fuel cladding tube.
