Construction of aeronautical composite defect database

摘要: 对复合材料全生命周期的缺陷形成机理、缺陷信号模型及对应的可靠检测技术进行研究,构建基于国产大飞机、面向航空全产业链开放的复合材料体系缺陷数据库。该缺陷数据库可提高人员检测的规范性和一致性,也可为航空复合材料缺陷智能辅助识别与评估技术提供数据基础,推动航空复合材料检测的自动化和智能化发展。Abstract: The defect formation mechanism, defect signal model and corresponding reliable detection technology of composite materials in their whole life cycle are studied, and the defect database of composite materials system based on domestic large aircraft and open to the whole aviation industry chain is constructed. The defect database can not only improve the standardization and consistency of personnel detection, but also provide data basis for intelligent aided identification and evaluation technology of aviation composite defects, and promote the automation and intelligent development of aviation composite detection.
