Abstract:
In different application environments, there are light and dark differences in different areas of the LCD screen of the electric energy meter, which interferes with the detection of dead pixels, resulting in poor detection of dead pixels. Aiming at this problem, a visual detection method for dead pixels of IR46 electric energy meter LCD screen is designed. The LCD screen in the electric energy meter is processed into a two-dimensional matrix within the space range, and thus the pixel points of the LCD screen of the IR46 electric energy meter are registered, and the registered pixel points are processed by using the Fourier transform numerical relationship, and the regression value of the dead point target detection is set up. Through building a dead pixel detection window and performing Fourier transform on the image, a dead pixel detection filter model based on the DOC principle was built and the image visual detection of dead pixels was completed. The measured results show that the designed dead pixel detection method suffers the least interference from light leakage, the number of detected dead pixels is basically the same as the acquired number of dead pixels, and the detection was shown very effective.
