    连续SiC纤维钛基复合材料制件的超声底波监控检测

    Ultrasonic back-wall echo monitoring and detection of continuous SiC fiber titanium matrix composites parts

    • 摘要: 针对连续SiC纤维增强钛基复合材料(TMCs)制件的制备工艺特点,分析了TMCs制件可能产生的缺陷及其超声检测难点,对TMCs整体叶环纤维/钛合金结合界面处的空洞类缺陷的超声底波监控结果进行模拟仿真,并对特定尺寸TMCs整体叶环进行了缺陷检测;结合超声检测试验和解剖分析结果,分析了TMCs整体叶环结合界面处出现的空洞类缺陷的特征,确定了底波监控在TMCs整体叶环纤维/钛合金结合界面超声检测缺陷信号识别中的作用,为TMCs制件内部质量的超声检测提供了技术支持。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the preparation process characteristics of continuous SiC fiber reinforced titanium matrix composites (TMCs), the possible defects and ultrasonic detection difficulties of TMCs parts were analyzed. The back-wall echo monitoring result of hole defect of TMCs bling fiber/titanium bonding interface was simulated, combined with the result of defect detection and anatomy corresponding for specific size of TMCs bling, the characteristics of hole of back-wall echo monitoring in TMCs bling fiber/titanium bonding interface was analyzed, verified that the back-wall echo monitoring can be used to recognition signal of defect in ultrasonic inspection of the interfacial of TMCs bling fiber/titanium bonding interface, which provides technical support for ultrasonic detection of internal quality of TMCs parts.
