Abstract:
Aiming at the preparation process characteristics of continuous SiC fiber reinforced titanium matrix composites (TMCs), the possible defects and ultrasonic detection difficulties of TMCs parts were analyzed. The back-wall echo monitoring result of hole defect of TMCs bling fiber/titanium bonding interface was simulated, combined with the result of defect detection and anatomy corresponding for specific size of TMCs bling, the characteristics of hole of back-wall echo monitoring in TMCs bling fiber/titanium bonding interface was analyzed, verified that the back-wall echo monitoring can be used to recognition signal of defect in ultrasonic inspection of the interfacial of TMCs bling fiber/titanium bonding interface, which provides technical support for ultrasonic detection of internal quality of TMCs parts.
