    压力管道未焊透深度的数字射线定量检测

    Digital radiography quantitative detection of incomplete penetration depth of pressure pipeline

    • 摘要: 针对压力管道定期检验中常见的未焊透缺陷,分析了国内外标准关于未焊透深度检测的相关规定和研究现状,提出了一种基于DR (数字X射线摄影) 技术的未焊透深度检测方法,并用其对阶梯试块、内壁有刻槽的管道和外壁有刻槽的管道等3个模拟试件进行检测,检测深度的最大偏差为10.0%。将该方法用于工程检测,结果表明DR技术可以实现未焊透深度的定量检测,为工业管道的安全评级奠定了基础。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the common incomplete penetration defects in the periodic inspection of pressure pipeline, the relevant provisions and research status of incomplete penetration depth detection in domestic and foreign standards are analyzed, and an incomplete penetration depth detection method based on DR (digital radiography) technology is proposed and used to detect three simulation specimens, such as stepped test block, pipes with grooves on the inner wall and on the outer wall. The maximum deviation of the measured depth is 10.0%. The results show that DR technology can realize the quantitative detection of incomplete penetration depth, which lays a foundation for the safety rating of industrial pipelines.
