摘要: 凸轮轴多为铸钢件或铸铝件,其质量决定着发动机的性能。采用工业CT(计算机断层成像)检测技术对凸轮轴支撑体铸件进行三维无损检测,确定了铸造缺陷的位置与大小,可为其质量评估提供依据。

Abstract: Camshafts mostly are of steel castings or aluminum castings, and their quality determines the performance of the engine. Industrial CT (computed tomography) inspection technology is used to conduct three-dimensional nondestructive inspection on the camshaft support castings to determine the location and size of casting defects, so as to provide a basis for its quality evaluation.
