    基于脉冲涡流晚期信号斜率的不锈钢壁厚测量

    Wall thickness detection of stainless steel based on pulse eddy current late signal slope

    • 摘要: 分析了304不锈钢的脉冲涡流信号,以单对数坐标系下晚期信号的斜率作为表征壁厚的特征值,拟合出晚期信号斜率与不锈钢壁厚之间的关系式,并通过试验分析了提离高度、缺陷形状等对信号的影响。该方法已进行实践应用,效果良好。

       

      Abstract: The pulsed eddy current signal of 304 stainless steel was analyzed, and the slope of the late signal in the single logarithmic coordinate system was used as the characteristic value to characterize the wall thickness.The relationship between the late signal slope and the stainless steel wall thickness is fitted. The effects of lift off height and defect shape on the signal are analyzed through experiments.This method has been applied in practice with good effect.
