Defect detection method of GIS insulation pull rod based on industrial CT

  • 摘要: 绝缘拉杆作为GIS(气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备)的重要组成部件和传动部件,其机械及电气性能的可靠性是GIS断路器实现分、合操作的关键。目前对于绝缘拉杆没有有效的质量检测方法,为此结合工业CT技术,提出了基于工业CT的GIS绝缘拉杆缺陷检测方法,并进行了检测试验。试验结果表明,对比传统的无损检测方法,该方法能精准判定缺陷性质、位置和尺寸,更重要的是能在设备投运前及时、准确地发现缺陷,保障设备质量。该研究为GIS绝缘拉杆缺陷检测提供了新的思路,对于提升绝缘拉杆产品质量及保障GIS开关设备的稳定运行具有重要意义。
    Abstract: As an important component and transmission part of GIS switcher, the insulation pull rod with high reliability of mechanical and electrical performance is the key to realize the opening and closing operation of the GIS circuit breaker. There is no effective quality inspection method for insulation pull rods currently. Thus, the defect detection method combined with the industrial CT for GIS insulation pull rod is proposed and experiments are carried out. The experimental results show that the avail able method based on industrial CT can determine the nature, location and size of the defect accurately compared with the traditional non-destructive testing methods. More importantly, the method can detect the defects timely and accurately in order to ensure the quality of the equipment before its putting into operation. The research provides a new idea for the defect detection of GIS insulation pull rods, which is of great significance for improving the quality of insulation pull rods and ensuring the stable operation of GIS switcher.
