Research and evaluation on infrared signal characteristics of elevator electrical components

摘要: 红外检测(IRT)技术具有非接触、测量范围广、成像直观等特点,通过对3种不同型号电梯的电路板、电源、接触器、继电器、接线端子等5类关键电气部件进行检测试验,得到了相应的红外信号特征图谱,然后通过对不同电梯温升特征进行分析,发现不同型号的电气部件热辐射特征存在较大差异,最后采用温差判别法进行了评价分级,并提出了对应的维修策略,指出IRT技术在电梯电气部件的图像识别和智能检测方面具有一定应用前景。Abstract: Infrared testing (IRT) technology has the characteristics of non-contact, wide measurement range, intuitive imaging and so on. In this paper, firstly, through the experimental research on five kinds of key electrical components of three different types of elevators, such as circuit board, power supply, contactor, relay and terminal block, the corresponding infrared signal characteristic atlas is obtained, and then through the analysis of the temperature rise characteristics of different elevators, it is found that the thermal radiation characteristics of different types of electrical components are quite different, finally, the temperature difference discrimination method is used for evaluation and classification, the corresponding maintenance strategy is proposed and the application potential of IRT technology in image recognition and intelligent detection of elevator electrical components is pointed out.
