    民用飞机结构无损检测数据管理系统的设计与开发

    Design and development of nondestructive testing data management system for civil aircraft structure

    • 摘要: 民用飞机结构无损检测数据直接影响着结构损伤评估和修理决策的效率及准确性,构建一个统一的数据管理平台对实现结构无损检测数据的检索、共享、传播、存储和再利用具有重要的作用和意义。提出了民用飞机结构无损检测数据管理的技术需求和功能要求,制定了民用飞机结构损伤数据源模型和损伤编号规则,设计并开发了民用飞机结构无损检测数据管理系统,实现了对民用飞机结构强度试验的结构损伤数据和无损检测数据的电子化、网络化管理。

       

      Abstract: The nondestructive testing data of civil aircraft structures directly affect the efficiency and accuracy of the structure damage assessment and repair decision. The construction of a unified data platform is of great significance for the retrieval, sharing, dissemination, storage, and reuse of the structures nondestructive testing data. This paper proposes nondestructive testing data management requirements and functional requirements of the civil aircraft structure, formulates the rules of civil aircraft structure damage data source model and the damage numbering, designs and develops the civil aircraft structure of nondestructive testing data management system, thus leading to the implementation of electronic and network management for the civil aircraft structural damage data and knowledge of nondestructive testing in structure strength test.
