    灌浆节点灌浆料强度的现场检测

    Field test of grouting material strength of grouting joint

    • 摘要: 采用表面硬度法对两种品牌灌浆料制作的不同加水量的试件进行检测,制定了换算强度曲线,并采用最小二乘法进行线性回归分析。试验结果表明,将灌浆料的水灰比从12%调至14.4%的过程中,灌浆料的抗压强度逐渐降低,但对表面硬度影响不大;灌浆料表面硬度和抗压强度呈正相关。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, surface hardness method is used to test the specimens with different water content made of two kinds of grouting materials. The converted strength curve was developed and the least square method was used to analyze the linear regression. The test results show that the compressive strength of grout decreases gradually when the water-cement ratio of grout increases from 12% to 14.4%, but it has little effect on the surface hardness. There is a positive correlation between grout surface hardness and compressive strength.
