    特殊铁磁构件的磁轭法检测

    Detection of special ferromagnetic components by magnetic yoke method

    • 摘要: 使用磁轭法检测铁磁性材料的特殊结构,例如狭窄间隙、焊缝坡口和焊缝根部区域时,因检测区域狭窄,磁轭磁极无法放在合适的空间,两侧坡口形成的结构几何形状突变也会导致磁场路径出现扭曲。按照常用标准规范操作,难以达到检测缺陷的目的。通过理论分析和试验验证,确定了有效的磁化规范,明确了操作要点,为类似狭窄间隙结构铁磁性材料的磁轭法检测提供了工艺制定的思路和方法参考。

       

      Abstract: When the magnetic yoke method is used to detect the special structure of ferromagnetic materials, such as narrow gap, weld groove and weld root area, the magnetic pole of the yoke cannot be placed in a suitable space due to the narrow detection area. The abrupt change of the structural geometry formed by the grooves on both sides will also lead to the distortion of the magnetic field path. It is difficult to detect defects by operating according to common standards and specifications. Through theoretical analysis and experimental verification, the effective magnetization specification is determined, and the key points of operation are clarified, which provides the idea and method reference for the detection process of ferromagnetic materials with similar narrow gap structure.
