    钢管衬砌混凝土缺陷的冲击回波法检测

    Detection of concrete defects in steel tube lining by impact echo method

    • 摘要: 为探究冲击回波法对钢管衬砌混凝土缺陷的检测效果,以及缺陷大小和钢板对检测结果的影响,实验室制作了钢内衬-自密实混凝土的物理模型,分别在钢板侧和混凝土侧进行冲击回波法检测试验。试验结果表明,钢板对冲击回波法的检测效果存在不利影响,会降低检测分辨率;在相同环境下,埋深越浅的缺陷越容易被检出;扫描式冲击回波测试系统可以快速地确定缺陷的相对位置和大小。在实际工程应用中,该方法可用于大规模初测,也可结合其他方法进一步确定缺陷的具体位置和大小。

       

      Abstract: In order to explore the detection effect of the impact echo method in the detection of concrete defects of steel pipe lining, and the influence of the size of defects and the steel plate on the detection results, the physical model of the steel lining-self-compacting concrete was made in the laboratory, and the shock echo test was carried out on the steel lining side and the concrete side respectively. The test results show that the steel plate has an adverse effect on the impact echo method, which will weaken the detection resolution. In the same environment, the more shallow the depth of defect, the easier it is to be detected. The scanning impact echo test system can quickly determine the relative position and size of the defect.Therefore, when used in actual engineering, this method is suitable for initial measurement. In practical engineering application, the method can be used for large-scale preliminary survey, also can be combined with other methods for further determining the location and size of defects.
