Abstract: Based on the brief analysis of the principle of cold cathode X-ray tube and digital X-ray imaging detection, this paper further introduces the detection of cold cathode X-ray tube in power industry. Through the test of small tube, water-wall tube, buried cable and other components, the feasibility of the application of this technology in the power industry is verified, and the future application of the cold cathode X-ray digital imaging system is also prospected.
