Influence factors of detection sensitivity of linear focusing probe for controlled jet ultrasonic testing of steel plate

摘要: 钢板射流超声检测用水浸线聚焦探头的检测灵敏度受多种因素的影响,为了探究各种因素对该探头的影响程度,对每个因素设计了不同的试验条件。结果表明:探头的偏转角度、气泡对探头灵敏度的影响最大,水浊度在一定范围内对检测灵敏度没有很大影响。影响因素的研究结果对相关检测工艺和标准的制定具有重要意义。Abstract: The detection sensitivity of the water immersion line focusing probe for controlled jet ultrasonic testing of steel plate production line is affected by many factors. In order to explore the degree of influence of various influencing factors on the probe, different experimental conditions were designed for each factor. The results show that the deflection angle of the probe and bubbles are the factors that have the greatest influence on the sensitivity of the probe, and the turbidity of water within a certain range does not have obvious influence on the detection sensitivity. The research results of influencing factors are of great significance to the formulation of related testing techniques and standards.
