摘要: 介绍了美国无损检测学会（ASNT）于20世纪60年代颁发的实施细则SNT TC-1A《无损检测人员的资格鉴定和认证》，以及基于此衍生出的其他认证系统在美国的使用现状。对SNT TC-1A人员认证系统的颁布初衷和发证依据进行深入研究，并就重点内容展开论述，旨在让中国的无损检测人员在执行SNT TC-1A认证系统时，避免发生误用或滥用。

Abstract: Present paper aims to introduces the implementation rules SNT TC-1A “Qualification and certification of nondestructive testing personnel” issued by the American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT) in the 1960s, and the current status of other certification systems derived from this in the United States. In-depth research on the original intention of the SNT TC-1A personnel certification system and certification basis was made, and its key contents were discussed with the intention of preventing misuse or abuse by Chinese nondestructive testing personnel when implementing the SNT TC-1A certification system.
