Penetrant testing of welding seam of waste heat discharge heat exchanger tube sheet

  • 摘要: 余热排出热交换器是核反应堆芯冷却系统的关键设备,机组停堆后,应根据在役检查大纲的要求,对余热排出热交换器进行外观目视检测,如发现一次侧与二次侧出现泄漏,则需对其进行全面检修。为保证核电机组的安全运行,对余热排出热交换器全面检修过程中,管板焊缝渗透检测的必要性及方法进行了论述。
    Abstract: The waste heat discharge heat exchanger is the key equipment of the nuclear reactor core cooling system. After the unit is shut down, the residual heat exhaust heat exchanger should be visually inspected according to the requirements of the in-service inspection program. If leakage is found on the primary side and the secondary side, It needs to be overhauled. In order to ensure the safe operation of nuclear power plants, the necessity and methods of penetrant testing of tube sheet welds during the overall overhaul of the waste heat exhaust heat exchanger are discussed.
