    飞机关键部件结冰的超声导波探测

    Ultrasonic guided wave detection of icing on key components of aircraft

    • 摘要: 提出了一种利用超声导波优选模态探测结冰的方法,以冰-铝板双层结构为研究对象,建立半解析有限元(SAFE)模型,得到其导波频散曲线与波结构;从频散曲线中选取若干个模态频率点进行有限元仿真,分析不同模态超声导波对结冰的敏感性,并通过冰-铝板结构结冰探测试验进行验证。结果表明,敏感模态的超声导波能够探测出冰的存在,可探测最小直径为20 mm的结冰区。

       

      Abstract: An icing detection method based on ultrasonic guided wave optimization mode is presented. Taking the ice-aluminum plate double-layer structure as the research object, the semi-analytical finite element (SAFE) model is established, and the guided wave dispersion curve and wave structure are obtained. Several modal frequency points are selected from the dispersion curve, and the sensitivity of different modal ultrasonic guided waves to icing is analyzed by simulation, which is verified by the ice-aluminum plate structure icing detection experiment. The results show that the ultrasonic guided wave with sensitive mode can detect the existence of ice, and the minimum ice area with a diameter of 20 mm can be detected.
