    高职院校检测专业的“无损检测”课程改革

    Reform of “nondestructive testing” course for testing major in higher vocational college

    • 摘要: 以机械产品检测技术专业“无损检测”课程的教学改革为例,分析了该课程的教学现状和存在的问题。对标智能制造产业检测的关键技术链,对接无损检测行业的新技术与新岗位,从教学内容、实践条件、课程团队、教学方法等4个方面提出切实可行的改革策略。教学实施过程中,实行校企共育共管、共同开发课程教学内容、共同实施课程教学与管理、共同进行教学评价等方案,保证教学过程与生产过程的有效对接。实践证明,试点班学生在课程考核、职业资格考试、技能大赛等项目中表现突出,展现出熟练的无损检测技能,工程实践能力与就业竞争力得到明显提升。研究可为高职院校人才培养与课程改革提供借鉴与范例。

       

      Abstract: Taking the teaching reform of the “nondestructive testing” course of the mechanical product inspection technology specialty as an example, the teaching status and existing problems of the course are analyzed. The key technology chain of the standard intelligent manufacturing industry testing, connecting the new technology and new post of NDT industry, puts forward practical reform strategies from four aspects, such as teaching content, practice conditions, curriculum team and teaching method. In the process of teaching implementation, the school and enterprise should be jointly managed, the contents of the course should be developed, the teaching and management of the courses should be implemented together, and the teaching evaluation should be carried out together to ensure the effective connection between the teaching process and the production process. The practice shows that the students in the pilot class have outstanding performance in the course assessment, vocational qualification examination, skills competition and other projects, showing good NDT skills, the engineering practical ability and employment competitiveness have been significantly improved. The research can provide reference and examples for the talent training and curriculum reform in higher vocational colleges.
