Abstract:
Taking the teaching reform of the “nondestructive testing” course of the mechanical product inspection technology specialty as an example, the teaching status and existing problems of the course are analyzed. The key technology chain of the standard intelligent manufacturing industry testing, connecting the new technology and new post of NDT industry, puts forward practical reform strategies from four aspects, such as teaching content, practice conditions, curriculum team and teaching method. In the process of teaching implementation, the school and enterprise should be jointly managed, the contents of the course should be developed, the teaching and management of the courses should be implemented together, and the teaching evaluation should be carried out together to ensure the effective connection between the teaching process and the production process. The practice shows that the students in the pilot class have outstanding performance in the course assessment, vocational qualification examination, skills competition and other projects, showing good NDT skills, the engineering practical ability and employment competitiveness have been significantly improved. The research can provide reference and examples for the talent training and curriculum reform in higher vocational colleges.
