Defect statistics in strain clamp of three-span transmission lines based on radiographic testing

  • 摘要: 为了深入分析耐张线夹缺陷的产生原因,以及时发现和消除缺陷,保障用电安全,统计了检测过程中发现的缺陷种类和数量,对缺陷产生的原因进行分类,提出了相应的预防措施,为进一步提升耐张线夹的质量管理水平提供了理论依据。
    Abstract: In order to deeply analyze the causes of defects of the strain clamp, to find and eliminate the defects, and to ensure the electrical safety, this paper makes statistics about the types and quantities of defects found during the inspection process. The authors categorize the factors that cause defects and propose corresponding preventive measures. This paper will provide a theoretical basis for further improving the quality management level of strain clamps.
