    基于CIVA仿真的管帽焊缝相控阵超声检测工艺

    Phased array ultrasonic detection technology of pipe cap weld based on CIVA simulation

    • 摘要: 对某化工厂合成反应器换热管管帽焊缝进行了相控阵超声检测工艺分析,采用研制的专用扫查装置及楔块在对比试块上进行试验,并优化了检测工艺,并在模拟试块上验证优化后的检测工艺。结果表明:优化后的检测工艺检测效果良好,为管帽焊缝的检测提供了一个有效的解决方案。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, the phased array ultrasonic testing technology for the welding seam of heat exchange pipe cap of synthetic reactor in a chemical plant is analyzed and studied. The developed special scanning device and wedge are used to perform the test on a contrast block and to optimize the testing technology. The optimized testing technology is verified on the simulation block. The results show that the optimized detection process has a good detection effect, which provides an effective solution for the detection of pipe cap weld.
