Abstract:
Current research is aiming to solve the problem that conventional hydromagnetic suspensions are easy to freeze due to the low temperature of about -20 ℃ when performing wet magnetic particle testing outdoors in winter in the northern part of the country. A method of making water magnetic suspension by using the glass cleaning liquid containing ethylene glycol as carrier in winter is proposed. Through the test, it is confirmed that the performance indexes of the carrier meet the relevant requirements, and the detection sensitivity of the water magnetic suspension prepared according to the standard meets the requirements.
