气体绝缘开关X射线三维成像检测系统的研制及应用

摘要: 研制了针对GIS(气体绝缘开关)的X射线三维成像系统,包括机械、运动控制、数据采集、图像重建、三维图像显示等子系统。利用该系统对某供电站的GIS进行检测,结果表明,该系统整体精度达200 μm,实际输出断层图的最高分辨率可达3 160像素×;3 160像素。Abstract: An X-ray three-dimensional imaging system for GIS(gas insulated switchgear) was developed, including subsystems such as mechanical, motion control, data acquisition, image reconstruction, and three-dimensional image display. The system was used to detect the GIS of a power supply station, and the results showed that the overall accuracy of the system reached 200 μm, and the highest resolution of the actual output tomogram could reach 3 160 pixel×3 160 pixel.
