    Standard comparison of long term stability test methods for CR detection system

    • 摘要: CR(计算机X射线摄影)形成的图像文件能长期保存和数字化显示,其成像质量受多种因素的影响。设备使用期间的稳定性测试是CR检测质量控制的重要内容。分析了GB/T 21356-2008、ASTM E 2445-2014和EN 14784-1-2005标准中典型的CR设备长期稳定性测试的相关要求的差异,阐述了ASTM(美国材料实验协会)标准的实施方法及验收指标,可为工业无损检测领域建立规范的CR检测设备稳定性测试程序奠定基础,促进CR检测技术的推广应用。

       

      Abstract: The image file formed by CR (computed radiography) can be stored for a long time and displayed digitally. Its image quality is affected by many factors. The stability test during the use of the equipment is an important content of CR inspection quality control. The differences in the relevant requirements of the typical CR equipment long-term stability test in the standards of GB/T 21356-2008, ASTM E 2445-2014 and EN 14784-1-2005 were analyzed, and the ASTM (American society of testing materials) standard implementation method and acceptance index were expounded. What described in the paper can establish a standardized technical basis for the stability test procedure of CR testing equipment in the field of industrial nondestructive testing, and promote the popularization and application of CR testing technology.
