摘要: 对某核电厂的VVP(主蒸汽管道系统)对接焊缝进行了PAUT(相控阵超声检测)与TOFD(超声波衍射时差法)仿真检测工艺分析,使用模拟试块对分析后得到的复合检测工艺进行验证,验证结果表明,该复合工艺检测效果良好,给VVP管道对接焊缝的检测提供了一个新的思路。Abstract: In this paper, the simulation process of PAUT and TOFD for butt weld of VVP pipeline system in a nuclear power plant is analyzed and studied, and the composite detection process is verified on the simulation test block. The test results show that the composite process has good detection effect, which provides a new idea for VVP pipeline butt weld inspection.
