Stress corrosion cracking detection of pressure equipment based on array eddy current and fully focused phased array technology

  • 摘要: 提出了基于阵列涡流和全聚焦相控阵技术的应力腐蚀检测方法,可分别应用于开罐检测与在线检测,并对一台材料为S31603的立式反应釜进行了检测。检测结果表明,阵列涡流技术具有高灵敏度、高信噪比、无需打磨、数据可存储分析等优点;全聚焦相控阵技术具有高检测分辨率,对缺陷的定量定位具有较高精度,对应力腐蚀裂纹具有较高的检出率等优点,二者结合使用可以提升应力腐蚀缺陷的检出率,具有较高的工程应用价值。
    Abstract: A stress corrosion detection method based on array eddy current and fully focused phased array technology is proposed, which can be applied to open tank detection and on-line detection respectively. A vertical reactor made of S31603 is tested and applied. The results show that array eddy current technology has the advantages of high sensitivity, high signal-to-noise ratio, no grinding, and high capability of data storage and analysis, etc., and that the full focus phased array technology has high detection resolution, high accuracy for quantitative positioning of defects, and high detection rate for stress corrosion cracking. The combination of the two methods can improve the detection rate of stress corrosion defects, and has high engineering application value.
