Ultrasonic testing of the gap of double-layered tube

  • 摘要: 针对双层管的制造加工工艺有可能造成内外管壁厚度不同的问题,介绍了一种填充介质的超声检测方法,该方法可对双层管的间隙进行测量,将超声检测结果与三坐标测量结果进行对比,得出了超声检测结果精度高的结论,说明该方法满足设计要求,适合于所设计双层管的间隙测量。
    Abstract: Due to the manufacturing process, the thickness of the inner and outer tube walls of the double-layered tube may increase or decrease, and the axiality correspondingly changes, resulting in the change of the interval of double-layered tube. In this paper, a method of ultrasonic testing method by filling medium was used to measure the interval. The measurement results were compared with the results of three-coordinates measuring machine. It is concluded that the measurement result of ultrasonic testing method is accurate and suitable for the interval measurement of the double-layered tube.
