Abstract:
The Lamb wave damage imaging method based on piezoelectric sensor has been widely used in the damage identification and location of composite structures. However, due to the abnormal disturbance such as electromagnetic interference in the actual detection of the excitation sensor signal, there often occur undetected faults or false alarms of damage. Aiming at this problem, the damage probability imaging optimization method is studied, and the damage factor based on energy change is improved, which can have strong anti-interference ability in the field. In the field test of impact damage of composite stiffened wing box structure, the accuracy of damage location is 68% by using the traditional probability imaging method, and 82% by using the improved probability imaging algorithm in this paper.
