Coastal power plant outdoor tank corrosion damage detection and structural safety assessment

  • 摘要: 采用漏磁检测、相控阵超声检测和智能机器人超声C扫描等多种检测手段对某滨海电厂露天储罐进行了全面的腐蚀检测。对罐壁腐蚀坑进行强度校核发现,腐蚀坑最大应力强度远低于该材料的许用强度,结构安全满足要求。根据评价结果,提出该厂露天储罐的纠正行动建议,同时结合国内滨海电厂露天储罐管理现状,提出预防性管理策略和优化建议。
    Abstract: One coastal power plant outdoor tank was detected by mean of magnetic flux leakage, phased-array ultrasonic, and robotized ultrasonic C-scan. It is found that the maximum stress intensity at the corrosion pit is far lower than the allowable strength of the material, and the structural safety meets the requirements. According to the evaluation results, the corrective action suggestions for the outdoor tank of the plant are put forward. At the same time, the preventive management strategy optimization suggestions are put forward based on the management status of domestic coastal power plant outdoor tank.
