带凸面声透镜的相控阵超声检测技术

Phased array ultrasonic technology with convex acoustic lens

  • 摘要: 带凸面声透镜的相控阵超声技术通过设置与工件表面曲率相匹配的凸面透声楔块来改善平面探头与凹面工件的界面耦合效果,同时,凸面声透镜在圆周方向上有一定的声束聚焦作用,可有效降低凹界面的耦合损失对检测造成的不利影响。将带凸面声透镜的相控阵超声技术应用于承压设备插入式管座角焊缝的质量检测,结合实时成像技术,可以直观地显示缺陷的位置、分布、尺寸等信息,解决了管座角焊缝超声检测耦合效果差的技术难题。
    Abstract: In this work, the phased array technology with convex acoustic lens was adopted, and the convex acoustic wedge matched with the workpiece surface was used to improve the interface coupling effect. At the same time, the convex acoustic lens has a certain focusing effect in the circumferential direction. The above coupling and focusing method can effectively overcome the adverse effect of the coupling loss. The phased array technology with convex acoustic lens was applied to the quality inspection of pipe socket angle seam of the pressure equipment. Combined with real-time imaging technology, the position, distribution, dimensions and other information of defects can be displayed intuitively, and the technical difficulties of bad interface coupling effect of ultrasonic inspection in pipe socket angle seam were then solved.
