    海洋平台构件单面焊焊缝超声检测根部回波的影响分析

    Analysis of the influences of ultrasonic testing root echo of the single-sided welding seam of offshore platform components

    • 摘要: 海洋石油平台在建造过程中会大量使用只从一面焊接的管纵焊缝接头和TKY型管状接头。该类接头焊缝往往要求进行100%的超声检测,以确定焊缝中是否存在缺陷。受根部钝边角度和探头扫查面曲率变化的影响, 焊缝根部的超声回波十分复杂。制作了含有不同倾角的根部钝边反射体试块,并对由根部反射面倾角变化引起的根部超声回波进行了分析。

       

      Abstract: During the construction of offshore oil platform, a great quantity of pipe longitudinal weld joint welded by one side and TKY tubular joints will be used. This kind of joint weld often requires 100% ultrasonic inspection to determine whether there are defects in the weld. Because of the change of root edge angle and probe scanning surface curvature, the ultrasonic echo forming in the root of weld is very complex. The test blocks of root reflector with different inclination angles are made, and the root ultrasonic echo caused by the change of innclination angle is analyzed.
