Abstract:
In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional detection methods in the stress detection of coil springs, this paper develops a coil spring stress detection device based on computer graphics technology. This paper explains in detail the detection principle of the new detection device. According to comparing and analyzing the difference between test data of the device, the calculation simulation data and the strain gauge test data, the maximum error is less than 5%. The new detection device has the advantages of simple operation, high test accuracy and real-time detection. Therefore it has broad application prospects in the field of spiral spring stress detection.
