Coil spring stress detection device based on computer graphics technology

摘要: 为弥补传统检测方法在螺旋弹簧应力检测方面的不足,基于计算机图形技术,研制了一款螺旋弹簧应力检测装置,详细阐述了该新型检测装置的检测原理,对比分析了检测装置的数据与计算模拟仿真数据以及应变片测试数据,确定该装置检测数据的最大误差小于5%。新型检测装置具有操作简便、检测精度高与可实时检测等优点,在螺旋弹簧应力检测领域有广阔的应用前景。Abstract: In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional detection methods in the stress detection of coil springs, this paper develops a coil spring stress detection device based on computer graphics technology. This paper explains in detail the detection principle of the new detection device. According to comparing and analyzing the difference between test data of the device, the calculation simulation data and the strain gauge test data, the maximum error is less than 5%. The new detection device has the advantages of simple operation, high test accuracy and real-time detection. Therefore it has broad application prospects in the field of spiral spring stress detection.
