Abstract:
The foundation concrete structure of mountain wind farms is characteristic of large volume, large amount of reinforcement, and dense distribution of steel bars. In addition, due to the limitations of site construction conditions, defects affecting quality such as poor concrete pouring and foundation ring voids often occur. Aiming at the defect of foundation concrete construction of mountain wind farms, there is no systematic detection and evaluation method at present. Based on the full consideration of the characteristics of the mountain wind turbine foundation concrete structure, this study systematically proposes the key inspection items and detection methods for the quality control of the mountain wind farm foundation concrete through successful detection examples of multiple wind farms.
