Abstract: AUT technology qualification shall be performed before its application for the welds of the subsea pipeline. In this paper, according to the application requirements of subsea pipeline cladding welds AUT testing, the qualification was performed in view of the repeatability, upstream and downstream symmetry, band offset and POD analysis, and satisfactory test results were expected to meet the requirements of standard and to provide a guarantee for the project application.
