Uncertainty determination for dimensional measurements with industrialcomputed tomography

  • 摘要: 介绍了一种基于试验的工业计算机断层成像(CT)尺寸测量不确定度的评定与分析方法,通过一系列重复测量,获得了工业CT尺寸测量不确定度分量和扩展不确定度,所有测量结果均位于亚像素范围,系统误差是试验主要的不确定度分量,可以满足实际应用中对工业CT尺寸测量不确定度评定的要求。
    Abstract: This paper presents a method to determine the uncertainty of dimensional measurements with industrial computed tomography (CT) based on experimental evaluation method. Subsequently, some of the uncertainty budget and the expanded uncertainty are quantified based on a series of measurements. The uncertainty in measurement is within the sub-pixel region for all measures. The systematic bias is the main contributor for all measurement results. The results show that the proposed method can be a suitable approach for CT measurement uncertainty assessment in practical applications.
