    涡流、旋转超声和声脉冲检测在换热器管束腐蚀检测应用中的对比

    Comparison of ET, IRIS and DUET testing in corrosion detection of heat exchanger tube bundle

    • 摘要: 为实施对换热器管束腐蚀状态的检测,依据换热器管的材料和规格制作了样管,利用涡流、内置式旋转超声、声脉冲等3种方法分别对样管进行检测,通过对检测结果和应用情况进行对比分析,明确了3种检测方法的适用情况,为后期的换热器管束现场检测提供了技术支撑。

       

      Abstract: In order to detect the corrosion of the tube bundle of heat exchanger, a batch of sample tubes are made according to the material and specification of the tube bundle of heat exchanger. The ET, IRIS and DUET are used to test the sample tubes. Through the comparative analysis of the testing results and application, the applicability of the three testing methods is clarified, which provides technical support for the onsite inspection of the tube bundle of heat exchanger.
