Abstract:
Based on the theory of ultrasonic phased array detection and the actual situation of the strain clamp, the feasibility of applying the ultrasonic phased array technology to the quality inspection of strain clamp of transmission line has been analyzed. According to the finite element simulation results, three crimping positions of the strain clamps have been tested, and the feasibility of using ultrasonic phased array technology to detect the crimping quality of strain clamps has been verified.
