    铁磁性材料的脉冲涡流测厚与特征量提取

    Pulsed eddy current thickness measurement and characteristic extraction of ferromagnetic materials

    • 摘要: 基于COMSOL Multiphysics软件,利用有限元法建立了脉冲涡流检测铁磁性试件厚度的仿真模型,通过改变试件厚度参数进行仿真试验,得到了不同厚度所对应的检测电压信号。最后,分别以差分电压信号峰值、差分电压信号峰值时间及单对数坐标系下晚期信号斜率为特征量进行了壁厚反演,比较了3种特征量反演壁厚的范围和特点。

       

      Abstract: Based on the COMSOL Multiphysics software, the simulation model of the thickness of the ferromagnetic test piece for pulsed eddy current testing was established by using the finite element method. Then the thickness of the tested piece was changed to simulate the experiment, and the detection voltage signals corresponding to different thicknesses were obtained. Finally, the wall thickness inversion is realized by the peak value of the differential voltage signal, the peak time of the differential voltage signal and the slope of the late signal in the single logarithmic coordinate system. The range and characteristics of the wall thickness of the three feature quantities are compared.
