    铝制承压设备焊缝的TOFD检测

    TOFD testing of weld of aluminum pressure equipment

    • 摘要: 制作了厚度分别为10 mm和30 mm并含有密集气孔、气孔、密集夹钨、夹钨、条形缺陷、未熔合、未焊透、裂纹等8种焊缝缺陷的模拟试板,用TOFD (超声波衍射时差法)技术对其进行检测,将检测结果与射线检测结果相比较,发现上述缺陷均被检出,验证了该技术应用于铝合金焊缝无损检测的可行性,可望推广应用于铝制承压设备焊缝的缺陷检测中。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, the simulated test plates with thickness of 10 mm and 30 mm and containing eight kinds of welding defects, such as porosity, strip, tungsten inclusion, incomplete fusion, incomplete penetration and crack are tested by TOFD technique. Comparing the experimental results with the radiographic testing, it is found that the nine kinds of defects can be detected, which proves that the technology is reliable in aluminum alloy welding seam nondestructive testing, and it is hoped to promote the application of this technology in the weld inspection of aluminum pressure equipment.
