    电磁法检测传感器的设计及仿真

    • 摘要: 对瞬变电磁法传感器探头结构设计展开研究,首先介绍了瞬变电磁法检测的原理,并分析了该检测技术具有不聚焦、覆盖范围大及能量低等缺点,然后根据要求设计了一种新型传感器。采用有限元仿真软件建立了传感器模型,对其检测能力进行模拟,并与传统传感器的仿真结果进行对比,结果表明:该聚焦探头的磁场分布范围比传统探头的缩小了42%,其中心磁感应强度比传统线圈的增强了36.78%,对比结果确定了该聚焦结构的合理性及有效性。为瞬变电磁法在埋地金属管道上的局部检测提供了关键部件,确保了检测精度和检测效率,可进一步为瞬变电磁法探头的优化设计和应用提供参考。

       

      Abstract: The research on the structure design of the transient electromagnetic sensor probe is first introduced. The principle of the transient electromagnetic detection technology is described and its shortcomings, such as the lack of focus, large coverage and low energy are analyzed. Then a new type of sensor is designed according to requirements. Finite element simulation software is used to build a sensor model to simulate its detection capabilities, and comparison with the traditional sensor simulation results shows that compared with the traditional probe, the results show that the magnetic field distribution range of the focusing probe is reduced by 42%, and the central magnetic induction intensity is enhanced by 36. 78% as compared with the one of using traditional coil. The comparison results determine the rationality and effectiveness of the focus structure. It provides key components for the local detection of transient electromagnetic methods on buried metal pipelines, ensures detection accuracy and detection efficiency, and further provides reference value for the optimal design and application of transient electromagnetic method probes.
