Phased array ultrasonic high frequency guided wave testing of pipe

摘要: 采用相控阵超声高频导波对小口径管道进行检测,通过在小口径管道上加工平底孔及通孔来模拟腐蚀坑和穿孔缺陷,再进行对比试验,验证了相控阵超声高频导波的检测能力。试验结果表明,相控阵超声高频导波检测具有图像化显示、覆盖范围宽、检测效率高等特点,能够实现腐蚀坑或穿孔缺陷的检测,是一种可行的小口径管道的无损检测方法。Abstract: In this paper, phased array ultrasonic high frequency guided wave is used to test the small diameter pipe. The detection ability of phased array ultrasonic high frequency guided wave is verified by comparing the corrosion pit and perforation defect simulated by flat bottom hole and through hole on the pipe used for small diameter pipeline. The experimental results show that phased array ultrasonic high frequency guided wave testing has the characteristics of image display, wide coverage and high detection efficiency. It can realize the detection of corrosion pits or perforation defects. It is a feasible nondestructive testing method for small diameter pipes.
