摘要: 分析了换热管与管板角焊缝结构在焊接过程中产生缺陷的各种原因,根据棒阳极射线检测底片的成像特点,对焊缝实际缺陷与底片缺陷影像进行对比,总结了缺陷在棒阳极射线底片中成像的特点。Abstract: Based on the analysis on the causes of the defects of the fillet weld structure between the heat exchange tube and the tube sheet in the welding process, and according to the imaging characteristics of the film of the rod anode X-ray inspection, the comparison between the actual defects of the weld and the film image is analyzed, and the imaging characteristics of the defects in the rod anode X-ray film are summarized.
